Get That Resumé Up To Date

Make todat the day you dust off your resumé. "You should never rewrite your resumé," says Phil Hunt, executive director of MBA and career services at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. "You should constantly be updating it." Since we tend to forget about our accomplishments over time, it's best to pull out your resumé once or twice a year and add key events while they're still fresh in your mind.
